Help For Life’s Big Moments

Leave a beautiful legacy, purchase your dream home, or be guided through the loss of a loved one.

Hello, I’m Melisa Sloan, the Founder of Madison Sloan Lawyers, and I would like to warmly welcome you. My vision was to create a law firm that provides the high-quality, premium legal services you deserve, without the confusion of legal jargon. I wanted to establish a space where you feel comfortable approaching us with your legal matters, leaving with a clear solution and a positive experience with my team. I believe we have successfully achieved this over the past eight years.

We genuinely care about our clients and understand the significance of every step in your journey with us. From our initial contact to collaborating on solutions for any questions you may have, we ensure that you are kept informed and, most importantly, that you feel valued.

One important lesson life has taught me is to focus on what you love and excel at and to do it well. This is why we only specialise in a few core practice areas: Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Deceased Estates, and Conveyancing and Property Law. We are passionate about these areas and possess extensive expertise, allowing us to assist clients with confidence every day. By concentrating on what we do best, we aim to deliver an exceptional client experience to you and your family.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss a matter at any time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any member of my team. We are here to help.

We look forward to working with you!

We recognise the significance of protecting your family and ensuring your loved ones are taken care of in case of unexpected events. By working closely with you, we help create an Estate Plan that aligns with your goals and wishes, so everything unfolds as you would like.

Probate

Losing a loved one is one of life’s most difficult moments, filled with intense emotions and challenges. In addition to your grief, you may need to organise a meaningful farewell or celebration of life and address the affairs of your loved one. We are here to assist you and guide you through each step of this process.

Conveyancing

Buying or selling a property can be both an exciting and stressful experience. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible by assisting you with all your property and conveyancing needs. Whether you’re buying or selling, we’ll guide you through every step of the process and keep you informed along the way.
